Prices – 2009 / 2010
One bedroom cottage - prices are based on a minimum of 2 people sharing. Two bedroom cottage – prices are based on a 4 people occupying cottage. For any additional person(s) there is an extra £75.00 GBP / 130.00 Euros per person per week or per part week. Prices from 1st November through until 31st March include oil filled radiators in the price and gas central heating where applicable. Pool Heating – Included in the price from 1st October until 30th April All Inclusive Winter Special Packages – Valid from 1st November until 31st March each year. One Bedroom Accommodations One weeks accommodation for two people, heating (gas central heating in the Lemon & Carob Cottages, oil filled radiator for the Casa do Forno Cottage), complimentary basket of logs for the Casa do Forno Cottage wood burning stove, pool heating, welcome hamper and a group B hire car - £370.00 GBP per week. Two Bedroom Accommodation One weeks accommodation up to four people, heating (two oil filled radiators), complimentary basket of logs for the wood burning stove, pool heating, welcome hamper and a group B hire car - £470.00 GBP per week. Payment Information To secure a booking a 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure a booking. The balance is payable six weeks prior to arrival along with the returnable damages deposit. Payments can be made by: Online Bank Transfer Payments For clients wishing to pay for their accommodation by online payment transfer, an electronic invoice will be emailed to you from the Quintassential containing full details of our receiving Bank. Payments can be made into a UK bank accepting GBP pound sterling or into a Portuguese bank account accepting Euros. All online payments must be received into our nominated bank account within 7 days of invoice date to ensure your booking is secure. Credit Card Payments For clients wishing to pay for their accommodation via credit card, an electronic invoice will be emailed to you from the Quintassential and payments are handled by Paypal and their secure server. Cheque Payments For clients wishing to pay for their accommodation by UK GBP cheque, an electronic invoice will be emailed to you from the Quintassential. All cheque payments must be received at our Portuguese address within 7 days of invoice date to ensure your booking is secure.
